Mobile app / PWA improvements

The web app works great but I'd love a proper mobile experience. Push notifications for bill due dates, quick expense logging, and being able to check my budget from my phone without opening a browser.

Push notifications for bill due dates alone would be worth it. I keep missing my credit card payment by a day.
