When to sell RSUs — immediately or hold?
My RSUs vest quarterly. I've been holding everything but now have 40% of my net worth in company stock. Is the general advice still to sell on vest? Feels wrong selling when the stock keeps going up.

40% in one stock is a lot of concentration risk. The standard advice is sell on vest and diversify. Ask yourself: if you had $X in cash, would you buy your company stock with it? If not, sell.
