What's the difference between Accounts and Expenses?

Accounts answers "how much do I have and why did it change?" — it shows your balance over time for each account with a daily breakdown of what went in and out. Expenses answers "what am I spending on?" — it groups all your spending across every account by category so you can see patterns. Start on Accounts to see the big picture, then drill into Expenses when you want to understand where the money went.
